What types of materials are used?
All our urns are made of aluminum and/or bronze.
Can the urns be placed outside?
The urns can be placed outdoors if they are given an additional clear coat of varnish. This provides maximum protection for the color. Aluminum itself can be placed outdoors, but the color may fade or even disappear completely without protection.
Why do you offer urns at a lower price than other online stores?
We believe everyone deserves a beautiful memorial for their loved one. We import and design our own models, ensuring we always strive for the highest quality products at the lowest prices. This allows us to offer 98% of our urns for less than €100.
How can the urns be filled?
Each urn requires its own filling method. Some have a screw system at the bottom, while others have a threaded cap at the top.
For urns that can be filled from the bottom, you can add one free filling funnel (value €4.95) to your order. This allows you to add the correct amount of ash to the urn in a controlled manner.
Do you also fill the urns?
We can also fill the urn for you at our location. We can do this alone or with you.
What does an on-site appointment entail?
During an on-site appointment, we'll set aside 1.5 hours for you and your guests to explore the urns and the options available. You can also have your urn filled immediately, or fill it together and take it home with you.
Do you only have urns for people or also for animals?
We have various types of urns in our range for both humans and animals.
Do you charge shipping costs?
We charge a low shipping fee of €4.95 (within the Netherlands) for orders up to €50. Shipping is free for orders above this amount.
Do you also offer a pick-up point?
Yes, of course, you can also pick up your order from us. This is possible during our opening hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please note: please place your order first and wait for the pickup notification; after that, your order will be ready for pickup.
Do you also have a showroom?
We are currently developing plans for a showroom. We understand that choosing an urn is a personal and emotional experience. If you would like to view an urn in person, please submit a request via our contact form. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What if an urn is not entirely to my liking? How can I return it?
All our urns are sealed. Once the seal is removed, you cannot return an urn. Returns can be sent in the original box to De Dieze 27, 5684PR Best. Return costs are at your own expense.
